Back pain during pregnancy.

Are you finding changes your body makes sitting, standing, moving or bending different?

Chiropractic care is gentle and not only may be effective in relieving your backpain but may also prepare your body for labour.

Explaining back pain & Coccyx pain.

In the early stages of pregnancy, your hormones will start to stretch your ligaments and muscles. You may find that with these changes your body will start to feel different when sitting, standing, moving or bending.

As your baby grows, your posture will change to cope with the extra stress and this may worsen any previous problems you may have.

This may result in back pain or coccyx (tailbone pain).

During a chiropractic assessment, Dr Jacinth will look at how these changes affect you. We will look at how well your pelvis and spine is dealing with the shift and help your body along with chiropractic care, exercise advice and other recommendations to help you breeze through your pregnancy.
