Hey Im Jack! 

I have a background in both Myotherapy and Chiropractic, which means I love treating not just the spine, but the whole body! In my sessions, I combine adjustments with exercise rehabilitation, soft tissue therapy, dry needling, taping and training advice to provide a comprehensive approach to health.

My time as a Myotherapist really sparked my passion for teaching people about health and wellness. This led me to work as a University Educator at Endeavour College and run regular injury prevention workshops at gyms around Brisbane. I’m especially passionate about helping people who are on a journey to better health through movement and exercise.

I’ve had my fair share of injuries—rock climbing and long-distance running have taken a toll on my body over the years. I've injured just about every part of myself, and this experience has given me a unique understanding of rehab and treatment. More importantly, it’s helped me connect with the mental and emotional aspects of recovery. As a patient, I value a clear explanation of what’s going on with my body, what the treatment plan is, and how quickly I can expect to see results. This is the same approach I bring to my patients.

When I’m not in the clinic, you can usually find me at the climbing gym, in the weights room, or more recently, on the golf course!

Chiropractic care has been a cornerstone of my approach to staying active and injury-free.
